What is the refund policy?
The following dates are cancellation deadlines:
July 1 – Full refund minus $25 handling fee
July 2 – August 1 – $150 Refund
After August 2 – Unfortunately, we are unable to grant refunds after this date.

Is there a cost to register?
Yes, the cost is $395 for professionals with more than 4 years experience, and $195 for those with 4 years or less experience.

What is included in the cost of the conference?
The cost of the conference covers registration and meals.
How will the information I give about myself be treated?
All information provided will be kept strictly confidential.
Can I purchase tickets for the BYU football game on Saturday, September 17, 2011?
Football tickets are available to those who are registered. Tickets will be sold on a first come, first-served basis to registered conference attendees only. If for any reason conference registration is cancelled, football tickets will also be forfeited with a full refund for the purchase price of the tickets.

Where can I park?
Thursday, parking for conference attendees will be available in the following areas:
• Visitor Parking at the Museum of Art (MOA). Walk across to the Hinckley Center.
• Lot 49, NE corner of University Parkway across from the baseball field and diagonal from the Marriott Center. An IPC shuttle will be available to drive you to the Hinckley Center .
• DO NOT PARK IN SERVICE OR HANDICAP PARKING.
Friday, parking will be available in Lot 40, Tanner Building, on a first come basis or at the two locations above. If you arrive for the 7:30 am breakfast you should not have any problem finding parking at any of these locations.
IPC SHUTTLE SERVICE HOURS
Thursday: 10:00 am – 1:00 pm Pickup at Lot 49 and transport to the Hinckley Center.
8:00 pm – 9:00 pm Pickup at the Hinckley Center entrance and return to Lot 49 after the banquet.
Friday: 7:15 am – 9:00 am Pickup at Lot 49 and transport to the Hinckley Center.
5:00 pm Following the closing mingle.

I am not an investment professional in these four industries; can I still attend?
Due to limited space and conference focus, the IPC is an invitation only conference for professionals in Private Equity, Venture Capital, Investment Banking/Capital Markets, and Investment Management/Hedge Funds. The conference is not open to financial professionals from related industries or service providers to these industries.
I work in wealth management; can I attend?
The conference is not intended for individuals working in private wealth management, i.e. stockbrokers, wealth managers, professionals managing private portfolios, etc.
